Ok, as a solution to this problem, I uploaded the logo to an image hosting site and put a link to the logo. Now everyone can see the logo.

HI Wayne. At first everyone but the admin could see the old logo,but now they can only see the word "Logo", which is actually a link to the homepage.

Yes, guests can see attachments and thumbnails on homepage.

Admin is still the only one who can see the new logo.

I don't see any logo. Are guests able to view image attachments and thumbnails on the Home Page channel? You can check this in the AdminCP under Channel Management -> Channel Manager.

What do I need to do so that everybody can see the new logo and not just the admin?
