  • Clicking threads on "New Topics" defaults to Latest Activity stream

How do I change this behavior?

For example, I log into my new vbCloud forum, and I click "New Topics". That takes me to a list of threads. I click a thread title OR the lastpost icon, and the view that it goes to is this:

Click image for larger version Name:	Screen Shot 2021-02-25 at 7.29.48 AM.png Views:	0 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	4454248

I'd like it to function like all of the vBulletin instances my community and I have used over the years, where it's the standard chronological post view. I'm sure someone likes the Latest Activity view but after ~20 years of having it simply jump to the last post in the thread, my community and I do not want to change what wasn't broken.

Edit: Sorted this, new registrations are set to Hybrid for some reason. Switching to threaded changed it back.

Do you have "Stream View" selected in your user settings (/settings/account/)? If so, then it will show the "Latest Activity" first. This is would be the expected behavior.

    If not -
    1. Then click "Edit Site" to turn on Site Builder.
    2. Then Click Edit Page when you're viewing a topic.
    3. Click on the pencil icon for the Conversation Module.
    4. Set the default tab to Posts.
    5. Save the Module.
    6. Save the Page.
