    I cannot recreate this on your site. Can you layout the specifics of the channel that you were attempting to create including the parent and which settings you changed?

      No setting changed I am clicking add new channel from the admincp and it shows up, see attached image. I am able to add channels through the site editor with out any issue, but not via the admin cp.

        You'll need to create a support ticket by clicking the link in the footer and provide both the Username and Password of the user with the issue.
