The snippet is pulled via an AJAX call on hover. This requires a server call to get the prefix. Any server call can error out. The software does work to reduce these errors but sometimes they just happen due to glitches on the internet. Packets aren't guaranteed.

      Good day Wayne
Getting back to this iOS “error” thing. I have some more users reporting the issue,. In layman’s terms can you explain why this is happening? I would like to relay it back to the members complaining. The version is 13.4.1

It is a change in how iOS triggers hover events. It doesn't actually support them but I guess they started displaying hover events anyway in 13.4. The user probably always had these issues on occasion but the hover events were never shown previously. We've added code to work around this in vBulletin 5.6.2.

It's good to hear that the team is on top of it.

Hopefully that code is working. The complaints keep rolling in.
