I'm not seeing issues on my own cloud site:

What is the URL to your cloud site please? (Your forum account is only linked to a vB3 account so I can't tell).

Happens when we click "Send it to the Server".

Make sure that you're using a valid Image Processing library. Only GD is "mostly" guaranteed to be installed on the server. The others require specific code to be installed. This should be installed by default on all PHP 7.1+ installations. However some system administrators disable it for reasons unknown. This option will be selected by default.

ImageMagick 6 is a command-line utility and the exact path needs to be entered for it to be used. You need to ask your hosting provider what the path is. However, we will be removing this in the future.

IMagick is a PHP wrapper for the above ImageMagick utility. This is configured within PHP and you do not need the path. This will be replacing the ImageMagick 6 option. This option is not installed in PHP by default and must be installed by your hosting provider.

Y have the same problem and this is something new, we didn't change any setting, so something changed on the server.

It doesn't matter the image type or size, we always get the same message.

And you have a valid Image Processing Library selected? You've double checked this?

I changed your Cloud site to another image processing library. Uploads should work.

It was working before, it just stopped.

Haven't done anything as far as a valid Image Processing library.

I thought you guys were our hosting provider

I don't show you as using Cloud with the customer account attached to your Forum Account. All Cloud sites should be using the Imagick provider and I don't think they can change it since it is a server related option and maintained by us. What is your site's URL?

I am guessing that it is this site: https://www.trackforum.org/

Uploads should be working on the site now. I've opened a bug report with the Cloud Team so they can figure out why IMagick isn't working. Especially strange since it works on my Cloud Site and all Cloud sites use the same server configuration and files.

Sorry my profile info was out of date. Long time happy customer.
