5 day backup wait

    Ticket support is not real time. We don't have people sitting around doing nothing who can jump onto a ticket within minutes of it being raised.

    As you can imagine, at the moment things are extremely busy, it's also been a weekend, and all available staff are working on on other tickets. Staff also work in multiple time zones so not everyone is on duty 24/7. Someone will get to you as soon as possible. Please be patient.

    5 day backup wait

    On the cloud platform, it says on the sales page that backups are performed daily. Support has told me that I can request a backup at any time. Why do I get this message when requesting a backup? Thanks.Click image for larger version
