  • Where do I enter Meta Description?

    Where do I enter my 160 character Meta Description please? I am hosted in VB Cloud. Below is what I want to enter.

    <meta name=”description” content=”AusGardenForum is the place to learn, buy, sell all things concerning Australian home and hobby gardens. Join Australia’s most knowledgeable gardening group">

    Edit the page for the forum concerned, save it, and on the confirmation screen is a field to add these.

        Also, just to be clear, there is no 160 character limit for the meta description. There may have been at one time but these days Google routinely displays meta descriptions as long as 300 characters, sometimes more. You shouldn't worry about character count too much when giving a description so long as it is accurate and generally brief.
