    Answering this type of question is actually impossible. "Not working" tells us absolutely nothing about the problem, so we cannot possibly suggest how to solve it.

    Please describe the problem precisely, including steps to reproduce, what actually happens, any error messages, etc.

      I clicked the contact us link, and filled out the steps. I entered test, test, test, etc. in the box and clicked submit. After it submitted, there was a screen message saying your message has been sent to the webmaster (or something similar).

      this was a couple days ago.

      i have received no email to my registered webmaster email account or private messages on my account.

        Run the email diagnostic tool:

        AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Email Test

        If you get no error, but do not get the email, vBulletin is sending the emails out just fine, but the email is not reaching you. This can be from:
        - Sending server not configured correctly to send
        - Receiving Server Rejecting emails
        - Receiving account rejecting emails

        It would be worth trying it with a different email account on another provider.

          I did as you suggested. It worked and I received the email from this diagnostics test. All was perfect.

          I am still not receiving any "contact us" correspondence from my site, however.

          I just tried "contact us" again and it did not work.
