When we moved to Cloud we set up the CNAME record for the sub domain "community" which redirects to our cloud address and works fine.
However we have just noticed that while http://community.oursite.co.uk works fine it does not work if anyone puts www. at the front, they get an error that the site is not secure and the dns not set up correctly.
Do we have to set up a CNAME for www too? If so what do we need to add to the record? the options for adding another CNAME has just two boxes, "subdomain" and "address"
What have we done wrong? Can anyone give any help please - thanks in advance.
