This issue has been resolved for your site. There was a broken page and it has been rebuilt.

And for future reference, it makes it easier to provide support on an issue when you open either a ticket OR a forum thread - having both means that there's more than one of us all looking at the issue and stepping on each other as we try to look into it...

I've forwarded the issue to our vBulletin Cloud developers. They will look at the site and resolve the issue. I will let you know when that has been done. However, it may take a few business days depending on work load.

It appears not. The best course of action would be to keep the original URL as it is and just use a custom name for the page in the navigation bar as Wayne mentioned earlier.

We will have to have the developers look at this issue.
So there is no way to change the /social-groups URL or create a new page with the Group Home Module?
Not on cloud at this time.

Okay I've run the Fix Routes tool. Are you still experiencing the 500 errors?

He is on vBCloud, he cannot do that. One of us will have to do that for him. We should probably also attempt the Fix Routes tool as it resolves some 500 errors.

I can tell you there is no way to duplicate the groups page...to answer an earlier question.

In terms of the 500 error, we're going to need to know what the actual error is.

If you have a ticket open with Trevor it is probably best to follow up there, but you can check the server error logs and also try putting the site into debug mode:

    That is correct Mark.

Also, the 500 Error isn't fixed yet

I don't believe that module is available on other pages, and if I'm right that is central to your needing to rename the page, is that correct?

Also, the Module I'm looking for is called "Group Home Module" but there's no option in the Modules Tab in Site Builder

    Getting a 500Error everytime

As per your ticket, I'm not getting the 500 error on the Pages tab - are you still getting this?

If you edit the Social Groups page and note what modules are on there, you can then create a new page with the same modules and call it what you wish,

Okay... I won't change the URL again.

But I'm still getting a 500 Error when...

    1) Try to open PAGES in Site Builder
    2) Click "+ Create Group" in /social-groups page

Also, is there a way to DUPLICATE the /social-groups page with all the functions and name it something else?
