This forum has provided support for 3 to 4 very different versions of the product over the years, and even within VB5/vbCloud there can be differences between versions. Can you link us to what image you were comparing the options to?
In vBCloud your options look like this:
And basically you should just ignore them. None of them really mean anything since VB5 uses a Likes system. These settings were holdover's from VB4's Reputation System which left actual small comments instead of just clicking a like button. There's no real point in changing any of these, not even sure they do anything anymore.
