Different bar sizes at top of page

New user to vB Cloud after years of vB4. Usually the page looks like the image "vB typical". After clicking on a link whose topic was deleted, it appeared wrong (second image). Does this imply the bar at top of page can be less tall in general, or is this an error? I like the height of your top bar on the page where I'm composing this. Can you please guide me how to make mine have the proportions of yours? I'll resize the logo appropriately if req'd.

Looks like a rendering error. If you refresh the page, does the header draw properly? If not, we'll need a support ticket with the URL causing the issue.
