Forum Icons

I know this might be a basic question, but how do I change my forum icons (not sure what to call them) from the default to my custom ones? For example the forum_old-48.png ones? On my hosted VB I would just upload into the images folder...

Any idea on how to do using VBCloud?

You can upload your icons using the vBCloud File Manager in your AdminCP. Once you have uploaded your version of new and old icons, then you would use CSS to access them.

This is the CSS:

.forum-list-container .forum-item .cell-forum .icon {
    background:transparent url('core/css/0/0/0/0/9/2/images/forum_off.png') no-repeat center center;
    width:64px;
    height:40px;
}

.forum-list-container .forum-item.new .cell-forum .icon {
    background: transparent url('core/css/0/0/0/0/9/2/images/forum_on.png') no-repeat center center;
    width: 64px;
    height: 40px;
}

Replace 'core/css/0/0/0/0/9/2/images/forum_off.png' with the path given for your images from the vBCloud File Manager. You can adjust the width and height to fit your images.

Depending on your images, you may need to adjust the margins on the forum information with CSS like this:

.forum-list-container .forum-item .cell-forum > .forum-wrapper > .forum-info {
    padding-left: 68px;
}

.forum-list-container .forum-item .cell-forum .forum-desc {
    margin-left: 68px;
    margin-top: -18px;
}
