The need to keep re-signing in

I'm getting a lot of complaints from my users, that they have to keep re-signing in every time they leave the site, go to other pages; leave the computer, etc., and the Keep Signed In box doesn't keep them signed in. I too have the same issue, but it doesn't bother me much. How can we correct this issue?

Should work fine, particularly on Cloud.
Obviously, make sure they tick 'Remember' or else it won't work.

Nobody's using private / incognito browsing are they?

I've just done some testing with our support account, which includes completely closing the browser and reopening it, and the log in is retained.

Please ask any affected users to clear their browser cookies and cache (or certainly, the cookies for your site as a minimum), and restart the browser.

He is saying that they should at least clear the cookies for your site from their browser (at a minimum in case they don't want to just clear ALL the cookies).

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

I can also confirm that, after shutting my laptop down last night, when I returned to the site I was still logged in. So its working ok. I suspect corrupted cookies are causing the issue and clearing them will sort it.
