I have what looks like a warning icon next to one of my posts, what does this mean.

Would need a screenshot...if you mean the traingle in the thread listings, it just means there's a moderated post in that thread.

Thanks really thought with some of my content I did something bad, but ive cleaned up my act now

Go to that thread - when you open it, is there a post that shows as "Unapproved"?

Go to:

AdminCP > Maintenance > General Update Tools

...and run the Rebuild Topic Information and Rebuild Forum Information tools. Then go to:

AdminCP > Maintenance > Clear System Cache

Does this resolve the problem?
