Restricted Tags

Is there any way to restrict the use of some tags to certain usergroups?

I'm actually after a way of changing the "status" of a post, but only admins or moderators should be allowed to do so. I'm not completely tied-in the tags method if someone has a better idea.

Are you talking about Tags or Topic Prefixes?

Tag-wise there is not much to restrict. You can allow a usergroup to use tags, or you deny it. Especially a restriction to certain tags only is not possible via usergroup permissions.
