On the "who's online" page - if you hover over a users name, it says their join date was 1 minute ago for everyone.

The join date of my site is showing false value! For example my join date is 13 May 2008, But the site is Shown it Today! This issue exists for some users and for them the join date is...Tue 28 Apr '15, 2:26am -
So for some reason I have a user whose join date is always showing the month and year of his most recent post.

Is it possible to display a user's full join date when they are posting ,
