Since you're on vBCloud you should open a support ticket for them to look into it. Enabling debug mode is the easiest way to find out what's going on and that's not possible for vBCloud customers like you as you don't have access to the server.

i open ticket but no one response yet since 2 days.

There's no support on weekends.

I will mention that we have had a handful of users report errors during posting. Each one has been because the user is accessing the forum with Internet Explorer. We get them to use Chrome or Firefox, and it solves the error problem. I don't know if it's the same issue you are having, but it's worth a mention.
