vB Cloud File Manager restrictions?

So I'm trying to upload a PNG file to the vB Cloud File Manager and all it ever does is take me to another page that says: vBulletin Message (but there is no message) and then there is a button that says Go Back.

Is there a file size or any restrictions on the vB Cloud File Manager, it's kind of frustrating that I'm having trouble uploading images to vB Cloud for self hosting. I currently have all of my images linked externally to free hosting, but there has recently been a terms of service issue with hosting images on places like imgur for forums and websites.

I need to be able to upload all of my files directly to my host (vB Cloud) so I can work with everything internally.

Why is it that I cannot upload a .png file that is 1.35 MB with 1000x3051 dimensions? It's going to be pretty disheartening if I discover that this is too "big" to be uploaded using the vB Cloud File Manager.

I use google for my picture hosting. It's fast, 15 gigs free space and have had zero issues with them if you just want to change hosting. As for your issue, I have no clue. Sorry.

I don't know if it helps but when my users had problems uploading attachments, vBulletin support said it was because the files in question were "PNGs renamed as JPGs" and PNGs weren't allowed.

Yeah there's a file size limitation in the vBCloud File Manager. I don't remember it off the top of my head, though.

If I remember correctly the file size is limited by the PHP upload limit, which I believe is 15MB.
