It is not pushed out view, it is hidden by default when in mobile.
to fix this you can paste this code into style manager> edit templates> CSS templates> css_additional.css
HTML Code:.l-small .b-inlinemod__checkbox { display: inline-block!important; }

That's a bummer, was really hoping to just margin it back into view. Thanks for the info.

Or is there a chance that box may go into hidden on downsizing? So maybe I need to un-hide it instead?

CSS Code to adjust Moderation box in Comments
When our forum browser is downsized or viewed on mobile, the little moderation box next to the comment post count is pushed out of view. As shown in the photos below. Which is a bummer for our Admins and Moderators who can't get to a PC to un-approve a post quick.
Been trying to find the correct line and adjust the margin, but no luck so far. And help? Inspect shows this should be the box I need: .b-media_img--rev. I've been trying multiple variations of that but nothing takes with something like this:
Code:.media_img--rev {margins: 8px;}
