Customizing Registration Fields

Is there a way to customize the registration fields? Instead of asking for a username, I'd like it to read, Username, (use FCC issued Call Sign)

You can edit the registration_username_desc phrase to this. In the AdminCP go to Languages & Phrases -> Search for Phrases. Enter in the phrase name given in the first sentence and change the option for Search In... to Phrase Variable Names Only. Edit the phrase in the search results and enter your new text in the translation box.
