When I was editing my forum page my latest topics module is gone. And it's not in the "Add module's" list.

Latest Topics Module Gone.

It is a Search Module so you can add a new one using that.
Turn on Site Builder by clicking the Edit Site Toggle next to your username.
Go to the page in question and click on "Edit Page".
Click on the Modules Tab and drag the Search Module where you want it to be.
Set these options:Date Range: 180 days
Content Types: Check all
Save Module at the bottom.
Save the Page.Translations provided by Google.
