Is there a way to have an anchor link button at the bottom of the last post on a page to jump to the top of the page?

hello,
where is the navigation bar (page 1, 2, 3, etc.) at the bottom ? i see it only on the top of the page and this is a huge misc conception !

is there a better way to do this? Right now, if I'm already in a topic and I want to jump to the last post of that topic, I can do 1 of 3 different things:- keep clicking the ">" button
