  • My forum went DOWN ...

My website www.OnlineBuzz.com went down for 5-10 minutes with an error "There is a serious error and the page cannot be rendered" This is a less than a month old service.

What is the SLA's for vCloud service? This is very disappointing for cloud service offering.

We had a company wide outage last night, but nothing this morning that we are aware of. What time did you have this problem?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

There were issues with the servers over the weekend. We've brought other servers online to compensate and are monitoring any further issues that may come up. Even with an SLA, this is less than 0.01 downtime in a monthly period.

When I post it, the site is down give or take 5-10 minutes after posting.

Hopefully that resolve the issue. Where is the SLA link?

There isn't an SLA link. Your contract is governed by the terms and license you agreed to when you purchased.

No SLA, that's interesting to know.
Ok, where can I read the terms and license agreement for vCloud? I need to re-read and review the terms so I know what I'm paying for.
              Thanks.
