Because we are in the U.K. we are several hours out of sync with the vBulletin office.
During our nighttime we had a text from our bank wanting us to confirm a payment for our Cloud was genuine. Obviously we were asleep so didn’t confirm and the payment failed. We have now confirmed.
vBulletin are trying again 24 hours later, again this will be the middle of the night for us. I hope the payment goes through ok as we don’t want to lose our forum 😬
How many times will they try? Will we get fair warning before our site is deleted? Is there a way to pay in advance, rather than only automatically on the due date?
