  • "Sorry, you are not allowed to edit administrator permissions."

I have two accounts for myself - my main admin account, and my personal account. Somehow I locked my personal account out of being a super admin. How can I fix this? Tried removing my personal account from admins and adding back in, but this did not work. I don't think I have access to my config file since I'm on the cloud. User ID is 11

Only the primary Admin Account on Cloud sites can edit permissions. None of the Administrators on Cloud are "Super Administrators" except the user created for Technical Support purposes. This is by design. If you want us to change your primary Admin to your personal account, then you can open a support ticket.

OK, I could swear that I had total admin control through both, but its fine through just the one. Just wanted to make sure this wasn't a bug. Thanks for clarification.
