      We are upgrading the database servers today. This will affect all cloud customers with a downtime of about 30 minutes. This will start at 12:00 PM PDT.

                  We had an issue with the server that caused some downtime but we have all sites back online. Performance should improve over the next few hours as more server resources become available.

                    We have experienced an issue with some Cloud sites today. Sites have been slow and / or unresponsive.

                      The issues experienced earlier have recurred and some Cloud sites are either offline or responding slowly.

                            Issues arising from a database update caused problems with the Cloud system and all sites today. This update has been removed and the master database rebuilt. All cloud sites should be online. If your site is not online, please open a support ticket and we'll get you processed as soon as possible.

                              At 4:40 am today, there was a brief outage that affected a number of cloud sites. The issue has been corrected and all sites are online.

                                We are currently experiencing an Outage in Cloud Services. Our Developers and Network Operations are working to resolve the issue caused by an incoming ISP connection as quickly as possible.

                                Edit: This issue has been resolved and access should be working normally.
