Looking for a webhost

I am looking for a webhost for a friend

under £20 a year

he only needs to host less than 10mb of data, and is only hosting html files, so there is no need for php/mysql extentions etc

will want a .co.uk web address (preferably from the same company)

can anyone reccomend a good host

I did think about that, but its not for VBulletin hosting
I thought as there are others around here who know about the net, I would post it on this site - I have already had a look at webhostingtalk

Hi,

I'd try looking at www.HostSearchUK.com for reviews of companies. You could always try FindYourHost.co.uk as well. It's always worth emailing any potential hosts as well as they may have other offerings that aren't on their site, or may be able to do you a custom deal.

I think that would limit your options. It's important to have a reliable host, just go with one that's good and get your domain name elsewhere if they don't happen to sell UK addresses.

I used Below10host for a long time. They have a few plans that are in your price range and I was most satisfied with them, both in terms of reliability and customer support.
