    Bad experience: CQ Host

    I've read plenty of good things about these guys, but honestly, I've had significant downtime with them at least monthly.

    As I write this, my sites have been down over an hour and I've yet to receive a response email from them as to reason or ETA.

    Last month, a similar situation dragged on 11 hours before they got us back up and sent off a terse "Fixed." as a response to our numerous trouble tickets and requests for information.

    There's no phone support there - all handled by email, though of the maybe 20 emails I've sent with questions and concerns over the past four months, they responded maybe six times.

    If there's no commerce on your site and downtime is not a major concern (hobby sites), their prices are attractive, but I wouldn't put any business on their servers. Support is non-existant.
