    is the pre-install script all is required to test host?

    Is the script vb provide all is required to ensure vb will work? Reason I ask; I have seen posts saying host wouldn't provide php mail for example.

    It will not test mail functions if that's what you mean.

        It does not test for every possible function available in vB. It only tests if the server is capable of having vB installed on it.
