Domain.com is incompatible with vbulletin 4.0.8 because it does not allow the uploading of files by users. Therefore users cannot submit images etc. Imagemagick cannot be installed either. Apparently this is to do with their server php.ini file. This information applies to shared hosting.

So I'm trying to upload a PNG file to the vB Cloud File Manager and all it ever does is take me to another page that says: vBulletin Message (but there is no message) and then there is a button that says...Sat 13 Feb '16, 8:28am
