Well, a reseller may have their own packages, and pricing! And as for the office thing; well Im sitting in my living room now, but I can still be a reseller, right? You don't have to be in the same building/office as the host you're reselling for to be a reseller

Note: Im not sure that they ARE resellers for CI Host, but that's what I've heard. Good luck!

I would definitely NOT suggest Hosrocket! Read the complaints from their own customers. I've never seen so many disgruntled customers! http://forums.hostrocket.com/forumdi...?s=&forumid=17

We went with them earlier this week and have been down for over 24 hours and finally found out they suspended our account! We can't even find out why...

I really don't want to start dumping on HR, but since you brought it up - I had horrible response to my Trouble Tickets. In fact if you read the HR bulletin board you'll see that I wasn't alone with this problem. You'll have to read quickly because they have a policy of removing messages that criticize them. (I know this from personal experience and I kept a copy of their threatening email to me.)

This isn't to say that some people have had great success with HR. And I sincerely hope that continues to be the case.

VO are fantastic - I have a server with them - cannot fault them at all.

I am certainly not one to go with a host just because they offer a great package. But having good bang for your buck shouldn't be a fault of a host - if a host has it, it's a benefit.

What really makes me mad is when people start criticizing a host when they are at fault (i.e. complaining at lack of support), yet they are not following the proper procedures.

I've used both VO and HR and it's no contest - VO all the way!

As for cwihosting.com, I've read a lot of negative comments about them but I have no experience with them myself.
