Anything similar to Host Rocket?

I'm looking for a host with similar features to HR, but with a tech support team who actually show signs of life and that won't send me 50 MySQL error emails a day. I'm looking for something reasonably cheap (sub $15/month) that's reliable. Any ideas anyone?

Just one question I forgot to ask before - how do I know how much MySQL database space these companies offer? When you use database space does this detract from your webspace limits or is it completely separate? (OK so that's two questions )

i'm not yet sure about that. I guess it does not count to your Webspace, so the DB is quit unlimited.

Even if not, my board now has about 20.000 Posts in approx 8.000 Threads and inclusive many Avatars, Icons and stuff its about 30 Megs in size, so what?

Striker as promised:

Database itself along with other control panel features count for less than 2 mb of space.

The content of Database, however, will count towards your allocated webspace.

Anyways, see example above.... 200 Megs should be enuff for a bunch of postings and stuff.

Sometime around the 5th of Nov, we will be starting a hosting company somewhat like Hostrocket. Not near as large though, obviously. And we dont plan to overcrowd the servers (even half as much as Hostrocket). Thats who we are going through right now. And I agree, their support does SUCK. But, that's my opinion I guess.
