CHEAP Vps

I need a cheap VPS. My friend just got one, but he won't tell me where he got his from because he got "such a great deal on it". He said he has 600gb of bw, which I highly doubt.

Anyway, any cheap VPS's. When I say cheap I mean 7-20 dollars/month. I don't want Cpanel, LXAdmin or whatever is fine.

It seems that your friend is having his hosting account with a overselling host who just advertise their hosting service with a pinch of salt
try to be way from such oversellers

7$-20$ sounds like too less for a reliable VPS. Yes you can find some offers in that region but dont expect them to be reliable. You might be able to get a decent started VPS for $25-$30 range.
