    You will have to give a little more details like: server loads, users online at peak, server config(RAM, processor) etc.

    Sounds like you may be running out of memory, when this starts happening login as root on the vps and look and see if all the main memory is used and you using your swap. If so this is the issue, may be as simple as upgrading the ram on your current vps with godaddy.

    You can contact Godaddy support team to sort the issue. If still the problems persists on a VPS then switch to dedicated server.

    Well I don't see why your services are randomly being shutdown, but if you are looking to move VPS hosts to even resolve this issue, I suggest you take a look at VPSLink
