What is the Best Web Hosting ?

I need excellent web hosting with minimum down time

and accepting mailing members at least once week.

Mostly 20-60 online at the same time

and per day arount 200

but same time rarely will be 290 at the same time

There are many good hosts that may fir your needs, however, as a suggestion in your search, don't go for those offering 100 times more than what you need, if you are actually using 1.5 GB of space, don't get tempted in get one offering 300 GB just because they are cheap, your forum will suffer it.

IMO, any shared hosting package will be best for you. You can upgrade as per your requirements when your forum grows more.

I've been with Site5 since 2005 and have had no issues. The price isn't bad, either. You can sign up for the Silver hosting plan for about $90/year. It comes with 300 GB of space and some hundreds of gigabytes. (I don't know offhand.) Interestingly, however, I just logged into my control panel and it says my personal account has unlimited space and bandwidth, as well as up to 500 FTP and MySQL accounts.

Based on this and the other information you provide, I'd suggest the host I have used for a number of different forums from vBulletin and other systems -- HostICan at www.hostican.com. They have provided me with great uptime, performance and customer support.

My suggestion with any forum recommendation is to check online for both the good and the bad of any company, and then talk to them personally, see if they understand your needs and can recommend the best package for you. This is a personal decision that nobody else can make for you.

whatever you do not use Dot5Hosting. I like DreamHost, they are alright.
