New a new server for when my site is wrapped up, dedicated.. details inside

I am going to be needing a new server after we get everything wrapped up with my website and have been looking into different companies

I am currently with www.ev1servers.net and I have a p4 2.0 w/ 512 ram 80 gig and 1000GB of datatransfer a month

The datatransfer is really important as what we are doing with our site will use a ton of bandwidth (uploading large movies, sound files and image hosting.)

Ev1servers doesnt really have anything in my area

The closet things they have is http://ev1servers.net/english/10mbps_series.asp this and I dont feel like paying them 400 dollars for a pentium 4 or 500 dollars for a dual xenon which I will need the processing power for uploading the files into the file system

People have said ThePlanet.com was good but I would like a 10mbit Unlimited line into my server.

I would like to stay with Redhat Enterprise 3 and Plesk if I could because I know how to manage this server well and know my way around Plesk and actually like it alot

Would like to keep the cost around 300 a month at most if thats possible with a dual xenon (doesnt have to be the nicest, 2.0 or 2.4 whatever) and atleast a gig of ram to start with

It seems like allmanaged, servermatrix and sagonet are the most advantageous.
