    Speaking of which - we just finished the hottest month ever with an AVERAGE temperature of 98.2 F in July.

    You can use php includes in templates which parse php
    PHP Code:
    include ("file.ext");
    or you could tell your server that .php is a valid SSI extension.

    Integrating ssi commands, into vB pages

    Alot of my non vB pages, are .shtml files, where I utilize the <!--#include virtual="path/to/file"--> command. I have attempted to use the 'include' command inside my header/footer on vB driven pages, with no luck. Is there another way to get the same results as the 'include' command? Thanks in advance.
