Yup! EditPlus2, and I wouldn't have it any other way.. I tried every editor mentioned in the "What is vB coded in" thread, and am still using EditPlus2. I don't like coders that do it for me, at all Also, EditPlus has remote FTP, great PHP highlighting (And C++ and C and HTML and more ) and has a tabbed system to switch files.. Works great for everything I need!

I have tried a few free ones, but I keep getting back to ultraedit - and it isn't too expansive, and it can be used for everything.

Edit Plus 2 for me as well. I've tried UltraEdit a long time ago, and it was good but when I found EP2 I switched to that and never changed to anything else.

EP2 is just really good, and you can customize your own autocomplete if you like to use that, giving you access to very quickly putting together files in the same style

                            Non-Free (multiplatform): Komodo

Both are great Although Komodo has the upperhand with its RegEx Toolkit.

my colleagues use Vi / Vim, they just customized it to suit their needs, and voila.

'course, you could use WINE and then use EditPlus nonetheless ^_^
