Migrating to PHP 4.3

well, sarcasm aside (although chen does have a point), the main differences (if i can still remember, php3->4 was like, umm 3 years ago), you're going to need to remember to add filetypes for .php, and .php3 (.php3 is deprecated), and some various other function/session related tasks.
