    Question about setting a target

    Code:
    <td border="0" bgcolor="#979797" valign="middle" style="cursor:hand" onMouseOver="this.style.background='#B0B0B0'" onMouseOut="this.style.background='#979797'" onClick="window.location.href='services.shtml'" width="112">
    In that code, I want the link "services.shtml" to open in a frame called "main" (without quotes), how is this possible?
