  • Best Way to learn PHP?

What's the best way to learn PHP? I want to learn PHP so I can use PHP on my website, instead of a primarily HTML site(which is basically all my site is right now[html]...) Any help is appreciated!

Thanks! I've tried learning by observation before, but it didn't really help me much. I'll look at php.net and for that book. Thanks again for your help!
