Should i chown my vbulletin files and user files to user or nobody?
After the update folder and file ownerships seem to be changed and i can't edit their permissions.

If you don't know what are you doing, just leave it like the way it is. Changing owner may cause the forum malfunction.

If it is working, then leave it alone. The company you should be asking this though is your hosting provider. They create the permissions scheme necessary on the server level. chown is a server command.

I will say that making this change will make your files less secure unless your hosting provider is using su-php or you're on a sandboxed Virtual Machine or dedicated server.
