  • "?" to "/" in URL....

    How do I change the question mark "?" to a slash "/" to indicate a variable in the URL to a php script? I've seen this done before, but I don't know the code.

    ex:
    "file.php?ID=123" goes to "file.php/ID=123"

    or if you were using $QUERY_STRING = $ID;
    it would become:
    "file.php?123" goes to "file.php/123"

    can someone help me?

    Not too hard, but i couldnt be bothered writing this code to help you

    Try searching for 'Spider URLS' in search of the hacks forum.

    Someone wrote this using mod_rewrite and another using 404 error template or something from memory.
