Hey,
I'm still having problems getting PHP to run as ISAPI under IIS4 and I was wondering if I could ask a few questions.

First, how may simultaneous users are you abble to run it with? It seems to hold up fine as ISAPI for me untill I get a lot of users on my board (25-30 seems to be the limit) then it crashes inetinfo and my board goes down.

Have you made any changes to the PHP.ini file that might make it hold up better?
If so, could you e-mail me your PHP.ini to [email protected]?

The performance as ISAPI is awesome, but I can't make it stable.

My server is still on my test network back at base but will be online soon (the week after next). I've been using the Microsoft Web Application Stress Tool to test it out, throwing hits at hit and it is holding up. Unfortunately I haven't been able to simulate several users online but when my server is up I'll let you know the address and we can see how it goes.

As for php.ini, I haven't made any changes really at all. Only turning of magic_quotes_gpc (or whatever it is) and upping the memory.

If things go well with my machine, I might let you have a peak around to see if there's anything you can spot that might be different.

like I said, it runs beautifully until I get a lot of simultaneous users, then it crashes and I have to go back to CGI. I keep hoping that the next release will take care of it, but it never does
