    They are called headers because they are at the begining...
    ....otherwise, you'd be asking about footers

    Thnx! but what I realy want to know...when are headers usualy sent? As soon as I click submit on a form? as soon as a script loads? When a script ends?

    headers_sent() will return true if the headers are sent.

    I think I read somewhere that you can buffer the output so you can print headers from anywhere in you script. But I can't seem to find where I read that. This is what I have found...

    cuzz that header already sent msg really sux.

    how can I control the headers then?
