  • W3C compliance with absbottom behavior?

    On my site, the two buttons on the top right (forums, galleries) have that white space in between them and the top of the forum area. The weird thing is, the logo is done the same way but works correctly. Previously they all worked when using the alignment of absbottom, but the validator told me I had to use bottom.

    Any ideas on how to get the two buttons to work correctly?

    Here is the code in question (from source, not from header template):

    Code:

    <tr>
    <td align="left" valign="bottom"><a href="<A href="http://www.thecamelnet.com/"><img">http://www.thecamelnet.com/"><img src="/forum/images/misc/logo.gif" border="0" alt="The Camel Net (Campbell University)" align="bottom" /></a></td>
    <td align="right" valign="bottom">
    <a href="/forum/"><img src="/forum/images/misc/forum.gif" width="110" height="60" border="0" alt="Message Boards" align="bottom" /></a>
    <a href="/forum/gallery/"><img src="/forum/images/misc/galleries.gif" width="110" height="47" border="0" alt="Galleries" align="bottom" /></a>
    </td>
    </tr>
