PHP Email Sending Through Forums

Yesterday I was checking out the mail settings in my server control panel and made a few changes. After the changes, my forum email system no longer works. New user registration notices and post notification emails are not being sent out. I've gone back and set everything back to what it was, but the problem still exists.

What can I do to check if something is broke somewhere in a PHP configuration file? I've already rebuilt PHP with Apache, and that didn't seem to fix anything.

Email settings in the vBulletin admin panel have not been touched, so I know the problem does not exist there.

Run the Email Diagnostics from AdminCP->Maintenance->Diagnostics and post the output.

Also provide a link to a phpinfo page.
