Content once per day per user in vBulletin?

I have some content I want to display, but only once per day per user... what code would do this? Is there an IF condition that would work for easyness?

Yes. I'm not gonna type you a script but simply you need a new collumn and to check if a daily thing has been read and reset it every 24 hours.
