    That'd work fine

    Like i said, the idea of the conditionals are to allow you to use html when you want to or when the occasion calls for it.

    So if I stuck in

    HTML Code:
    <a HREF="http://www.soapboards.co.uk/forums/register.php?" TARGET="_top">Register to view</a>
    That would work?

    Bummer, Just realised I need to setup a test env as well.

    Just add it between

    'Private'"> and <else />

    You can use any regular html between the coditions

    Putting a link in an IF statment.

    I have a Soapboards site.

    To entice new users to register, I display "Register to View" in the thread display column. I would like this to be a hyperlink to the register page. The code I have is:
    PHP Code:
    <td class="alt2" nowrap="nowrap"><if condition="$forum[lastpostinfo] == 'Private'">Register to view<else />$forum[lastpostinfo]</if></td
    Any idea how I insert a hyperlink?

    Cheers
